pounds to lose fat – 5 Myths

The first myth is that if you want to burn fat, you have this long cardio workout first thing in the morning, before you have to eat something.

This is not true.

As far as doing cardio on an empty stomach, not c magic that is engaged.
Any trainer who knows what they are doing, will have their clients use intervals instead of slow and boring cardio workouts in order to help clients lose fat pounds.

No one will wake up and cardio first thing in the morning, while her stomach growls.

The second myth is that you have to do cardio for at least twenty minutes before any fat starts to be burned.

This is also wrong.

It makes no sense that the first twenty minutes of exercise you do doesn’t count.
If you lose pounds of fat each year will help, if for 20 minutes is thirty.

The third myth is that cardio should be done seven days a week if you want to lose any weight.

That is not true.

You do not have to work out every day.
Three times a week on a training schedule as efficiently as the turbulence training is great.

The forth myth is that you have to do cardio when you are in the fat burning zone.
It is also not true.
You will only burn a few extra calories when you are in the “zone” compared to not doing any exercise.
Short burst exercises are the best way to lose weight.

The fifth myth is that you cannot achieve weight loss and muscle gain at the same time.
It is not true.
Recent studies show that the bodies of both men and women can burn fat while gaining muscle at the same time if they use the right type of workout.
